ST Engineering and Janus Technologies Launch Asia’s First Cloud, Firmware Endpoint Security Solution

ST Engineering and Janus Technologies has launched the BIOS-SHIELD™, Asia’s first firmware solution with a cloud-based management portal that provides enterprises with a highly secure endpoint management and control. Enterprises are able to transform existing backend management to cloud, enhancing the security features of their endpoints remotely and addressing challenges faced in today’s highly mobile technology landscape.

BIOS-SHIELD™ blocks internet threats when users are browsing the internet and prevents unauthorised USB devices from accessing the computer. It also provides USB thumb drive encryption for sharing data securely. In the event of ransomware attack or software failure,
