ST Engineering’s Electronics Arm Injects Capital into Thailand Subsidiary

st-electronic_logoSingapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) has announced that its electronics arm, Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited (ST Electronics), has increased the capital of its subsidiary, ST Electronics (Thailand) Limited (STETL) by THB 310m (approximately S$12.6m).

This exercise will support the expansion and growth of its rail electronics business in Thailand, and will bring ST Electronics’ total share capital contribution in STETL to THB 430m (approximately S$17.3m).

This capital injection is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
