IT solutions and managed services Logicalis has consolidated its local teams into a new office in Malaysia, including integrating Logicalis and iZeno under the one roof for the first time. The new Malaysian office will serve as a central hub for Logicalis’s operations across the region. The company says the office represents a significant investment in the region and further solidifies Logicalis’s presence in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific market.
The new office, together with the service delivery centre in Cyberjaya, will house approximately 300 employees, and provide a robust support system for clients to respond to market demands swiftly and effectively.
Logicalis’s security operations centre (SOC) network already includes facilities in Singapore, China, Taiwan, and Indonesia. This consolidation includes expanding the security operations centre (SOC) in Malaysia, which is a critical component of Logicalis’s strategy to improve its security offerings across Asia Pacific. The new facility will provide advanced threat detection and response capabilities, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and a team of highly skilled security analysts. The SOC will support more than 30 customers.
“Logicalis’s continued investment in Malaysia reflects its long-term vision for the region,” said Logicalis CEO Chong-Win Lee. “Logicalis is positioned to serve its customers and contribute to the local community more effectively by establishing a strong presence in Malaysia and APAC more broadly. The combined strengths of Logicalis and Zeno in this region will drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to clients through local expertise while further empowering the team to deliver through access to global partnerships with leading vendors.”
