Hexnode, the enterprise software division of Mitsogo, has signed a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro to make Ingram an authorised distributor for Hexnode’s endpoint management products in Indonesia.
The companies said the arrangement is intended to expand access to Hexnode’s unified endpoint management platform through Ingram Micro’s network of resellers, system integrators and managed service providers. The appointment was announced at a media and partner event in Jakarta.
The agreement comes as Indonesian organisations contend with a growing number of connected devices and a high volume of cyber activity. Indonesia’s National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) recorded 5.5 billion cyber incidents in 2025, which it said was a 714% increase over the previous four-year average, and detected a further 1.52 billion incidents in the opening months of 2026.
Hexnode and Ingram Micro said their focus will be on helping businesses centralise device management and strengthen endpoint security in hybrid and distributed IT environments. They also cited support for compliance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) as part of the expected customer outcomes.

Hexnode said its UEM platform supports management of endpoints across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, with features including policy management, application lifecycle management, patch management, remote monitoring and management, automation and compliance. The company also said the platform supports kiosk deployments, bring-your-own-device environments and ruggedised endpoints used in sectors including retail, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing and field services.
