“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Nick to the Blue Coat team,” said Clark. “Nick’s financial leadership experience in large public companies will be invaluable to us. His experience across both technology and the traditional industries of our customers makes him an extraordinary fit for Blue Coat today and our aggressive plans for the future. I have no doubt that he is going to have a significant and immediate impact on the company, as well as serve the strategic long-term objectives of our investors.”
“I can’t think of a more thrilling time to be joining Blue Coat,” said Noviello. “As the security industry continues to grow, Blue Coat has shown exceptional vision and strategic foresight in its expansion to become a clear leader in the growing cloud security market, while continuing strong execution in serving its more than 15,000 global customers.”
