Tavcom Training, part of Linx International Group, will be running its Practical CCTV Installation course at a new purpose-built training centre in Singapore developed by Fonda Global Engineering Pte Ltd.
The new training centre enables Tavcom to deliver BTEC accredited, technical security systems training courses to students in the Asia-Pacific region. Tavcom Sales Manager, Andrew Saywell explains: “Our new training centre in Singapore has been modelled on our world-class facility in the UK. It includes fully equipped workshops where security practitioners from across the Asia Pacific region can get hands-on with security systems and put the theory they learn into practice.”
The first classroom course at the centre is a five-day Practical CCTV Installation course. This BTEC Level 3 qualification combines classroom theory with hands on practical experience of installing and configuring video surveillance systems, using high definition, analogue and IP equipment from leading manufacturers.
