The ‘Top 30 Women in Security ASEAN Region 2022’ was announced yesterday evening, as part of a global ‘Top Women in Security’ initiative established to recognize women who have advanced the security technology industry.
The winners, announced at a hyrbid Awards Ceremony at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, in association with Cyber Security Asia Conference, represent women in security who have made significant contributions, advanced the security industry and shaped the path for future generations of professionals among other vital contributions.
The Women in Security & Resilience Alliance (WISECRA), which engages a growing network of women in security and resilience associations and groups globally, in partnership with MySecurity Media are pleased to announce that the Winners for the third year of awards and the second edition of the Top Women in Security ASEAN Region program are:

Amongst the award winners and top finalists are representatives of leading government and industry firms, from banking, finance, automotive, consulting firms, with judges also representative of leading cybersecurity identities in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Australia.
“By offering recognition to women working in the field, other women may be inspired to consider cyber security as a career, which in turn helps address the imbalance,” said Bonnie Butlin, the founder and international coordinator of WISECRA, a global network of female security and resilience professionals.
Nominations for the 2023 awards will open on 8 March, 2023 – International Women’s Day.
