The Linx International Group, a consultancy providing security, risk management and training services, has announced that Tavcom’s award winning security system training courses are now available to security professionals in the Asia Pacific region, from its new training facility in Singapore.
A new, purpose built, training centre is providing installers, managers and designers of electronic security systems based in the Asia Pacific region with three of Tavcom’s accredited classroom-based training courses – Practical CCTV, practical intrusion detection and practical access control. Participants will have the opportunity to qualify for a BTEC level 3 certificate.
Sales Director of Tavcom Training, Paul Tennent adds: “We are delighted that our reputation for being global leaders in security systems training, is being enhanced in Asia with the help of James Siow and his colleagues at Fonda Global Engineering Pte Ltd.” Tennent continues: “The training centre in Singapore follows on from the opening of a training facility in Dubai and is part of an ongoing programme to share our knowledge via an international network of accredited training centres.”
Tavcom tutors will deliver the classroom training courses on the premises of Fonda Global Engineering Pte Ltd. Managing Director, James Siow, states: “As is the case with all the Tavcom training centres, our facilities in Singapore include fully equipped workshops to provide students with the opportunity to put theory into practice.”
The first Tavcom courses will commence in November 2017.
