Dragos and Singapore’s Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) have signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly develop advanced cybersecurity capabilities, collaborate on strategic cybersecurity planning and training, and facilitate the two-way sharing of information about cyber threats.
The three-year agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Critical Infrastructure Defence Exercise (CIDeX) 2024 in Singapore late last year.
“The DIS continues to expand and build on its partnership with key partners across various sectors, including the tech industry, to further cyber collaboration,” said DIS Defence Cyber Chief Edward Chen. “This MOU with Dragos speaks to our close partnership, and we look forward to working closely in the year ahead.”
“Singapore’s proactive approach to cybersecurity is truly impressive and serves as an example for other nations to follow to ensure safety for their critical infrastructure and their citizens,” said Dragos Intelligence SVP Kurt Gaudette. “Together, the DIS and Dragos are committed to empowering Singapore with the necessary tools and knowledge to navigate the evolving cyber threat landscape.”
Dragos has a long history in sharing guidance with Singapore about best practices in securing critical infrastructure, and in August 2023 signed an MOU with the CSA to strengthen Singapore’s capabilities in OT cybersecurity.
