In its fourth year, the Top Women in Security ASEAN Region awards have opened for nominations to recognize women who have advanced the security industry within the ten countries of the Association of Southeast Asia Nations (ASEAN).
Nominations opened on Tuesday March 8, coinciding with International Women’s Day.
This initiative is co-organized by the Women in Security & Resilience Alliance (WISECRA) and MySecurity Marketplace which includes ASEANtechsec.com and Asia Pacific Security Magazine. The initiative is supported by leading industry organizations, bringing together key chapters of premier, global security industry associations and professional women in security groups in Singapore. Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.
The Top Women in Security ASEAN Region awards seeks to expand out to all ASEAN countries following very successful Top Women in Security Awards in the previous three years.
A panel of 7 esteemed Judges have been appointed from the region and nominee categories have been introduced for the first time. Categories include Country by Country Awards and security domains include cybersecurity, electronics, physical, protective and management roles.

The Nominations were officially opened with a Meet the Judges session at the SheLeadsTech Conference 2023 held in Singapore on March 3.
Nominations close 30 May, 2023. The award ceremony will take place later in the year, including an official event at Cyber Security Asia in Kuala Lumpur on 19 June, 2023.
